![]() Turbo indeed! It came very quickly, was well packed, and had all documentation, software, and accessories as if new. It was VERY reasonably priced, essentially new and unused, and it SMOKES when it prints labels. I have used a Dymo lable printer at home for several years, but bought the Turbo recently for my medical office. The DYMO LabelWriter comes with Windows and Mac OS compatible software CD, instructions, a power adaptor and cable and the USB for a direct connection between the printer and computer. Use the software to program the printer to put the logo on the left, right or in the middle of each label. If you have images or logos that you want to include, use a scanner to copy the image and upload it to the printer. Any other drivers the DYMO needs comes with the software and are easy to download and install without completing an Internet search to find compatible files. Make sure all your computer’s drivers are up-to-date before installing the DYMO LabelWriter software. ![]() With the software, it’s simple to import address and other files to use with the DYMO label printer. The software includes more than 40 pre-programmed templates from which to choose or create your own with compatible software, such as Microsoft Office and similar Windows and Mac OS programs that have an address database. Install the DYMO LabelWriter software onto any computer Microsoft Windows 10 or a Mac 0S 9 or higher to resize the text and images for a perfect fit. Print one or any other number of labels in a row with the DYMO 330. You can also use DYMO brand postage rolls that allow you to print your stamps for just the price of the paper. The only supplies you need are DYMO brand label rolls. The DYMO LabelWriter print onto standard rolls that span 2.3 inches wide. Using thermal technology, it transfers letters, numbers, symbols, and images onto the paper without having you check for ink levels every few uses. With this 330-model printer, you don’t have to worry about buying accessories and supplies such as extra ink or toner cartridges. The silver DYMO LabelWriter prints on label rolls, and it can fit one roll at a time. To save space, the DYMO LabelWriter 330 is compact enough place it in a corner or another out of the way spot near the computer and still use it. It only weighs 1.5 pounds and is 5 inches wide by 7.25 inches deep and 5.7 inches tall. The DYMO provides high-quality prints with a 300x300 DPI resolution that looks good and is easy to read. Printing with the DYMO LabelWriter 330 is easy, and despite its size, the LabelWriter’s speed prints an impressive, 16 black and white labels per minute. The DYMO printer is ideal for any home or business that doesn’t have much space and still needs a label printer.Beyond that, you might check to see if Dymo has a user's help group on their web site. If you do this, be sure to wait until the LED on the printer goes out, which takes 15 or 20 seconds, before reconnecting it. (Hold the Shift key down at startup.) In the past, I've had issues where the printer wouldn't print sometimes, requiring me to unplug the printer from power and then reconnect it. If not, then I would restart in the Safe mode, then see what happens. Last, try restarting your computer and see if that helps. If you still have the older app installed, possibly the computer is still opening it. You must go into the Applications folder and remove it to the trash yourself. ![]() Finally, when they download their software, and you install it, they do not remove the old software app. One thing I've found necessary is to follow their instructions and disconnect the power to the printer, install the software, then reconnect the printer. I have found over the years that Demo's software is sometimes problematic.
